Buffalo Chicken Salad

The inspiration

  • 32 oz./4 cups Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt 0% Fat – Plain
  • 3 cups Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 qt. Chicken, Cooked and Shredded
  • 2 cups Green Onion, Bias Cut
  • 3 cups Celery, Bias Cut

the technique

In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and buffalo sauce until smooth.

Add chicken, green onion and celery. Mix until well combined. Can be refrigerated until ready to use.

To serve as a sandwich, add chicken salad mixture to toasted bun and top with 2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese.
