THE INSPIRATION

  • 2 qt.Dannon®Oikos® Greek 0% Fat Yogurt – Plain
  • 2/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Turmeric
  • 2/3 cup Garam Masala
  • 1/3 cup Cumin, Ground
  • 14 lbs. Chicken Thighs, Boneless, Skinless

THE TECHNIQUE

Whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala and cumin.
Toss chicken in marinade and place in re-sealable bag or covered container for 3 hours or up to overnight.

LIME-MARINATED ONIONS

  • 1 ½ cups Lime Juice

Place onions and lime juice in a re-sealable bag. Close and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
