Banana Chia Seed Pudding

THE INSPIRATION

  • ¾ Quart Dannon Whole Milk Original Plain Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Milk, Skim
  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds, Dry
  • 2 Each Bananas, Peeled, Sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

THE TECHNIQUE

1. In large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and milk until well combined
2. Stir in chia seeds and mix until distributed evenly
3. Fold-in banana slices
4. Season with salt
5. Store covered for 30 minutes
6. Stir pudding, making sure to scoop any un-hydrated chia seeds up from bottom of bowl
7. Store covered in refrigerator overnight or until seeds well-hydrated

the technique

For each portion, layer 6 oz. yogurt with 1 tsp. honey and 2/3 cup diced mangoes.
