  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Baby Kale, Packed
  • 1 Green Apple, Diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, Packed
  • 5 Thin Slices Ginger
  • ½ cup Apple Juice, Cold Pressed

the technique

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Add more apple juice for a thinner consistency.
