- 1 Avocado, Fresh, Halved and Pitted
- ½ cup Yogurt Egg Salad See Sub-Recipe
- 1 tbsp. Slivered Almonds, Toasted
Yogurt Egg Salad
- 3 tbsp. Greek Yogurt, Dannon® Oikos® 0% Plain
- ½ cup Eggs, Hardboiled, ¼-Inch Dice
- 1 tbsp. Celery, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Onion, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Dill, Fresh, Minced
- Pinch of Salt
Place avocado half with pit side up, and fill indentation with egg salad.
Top with slivered almonds.
