THE INSPIRATION

  • 3 tbsp. Greek Yogurt, Dannon® Oikos® 0% Plain
  • ½ cup Eggs, Hardboiled, ¼-Inch Dice
  • 1 tbsp. Celery, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Onion, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Dill, Fresh, Minced
  • Pinch of Salt

THE TECHNIQUE

Place avocado half with pit side up, and fill indentation with egg salad.
Top with slivered almonds.
